How do I return my order?
If you’re not happy with your order, you have 30 days to send us back any items – FREE.
Now you can easily return parcels with a code on your phone. Just register your return online below and let us know which items you would like to return. After creating the return you will receive a code to show on your mobile phone when you drop off the parcel.
How to create a return
1. Click the “Return items” button below.

2. Select the items you want to return and choose a reason.
3. Select your preferred return method – return code or return label.
4. You can now save the return code on your mobile device and show it when you drop off the parcel. Alternatively, you can print a return label and attach it to the parcel yourself.
5. Pack what you are returning and drop off the parcel at a collection point or post office. If you are using a return code, show it to the agent and they will print the return label on your behalf.
6. Don’t forget to ask for proof of return receipt. And you’re done!

Don’t forget to keep the return receipt from the courier until your refund has been processed. Your refund can take up to 14 days after our logistics provider received your return.
How to return items with a return code?
If you choose to return items with a return code, we’ll show you the return code straight away, and email it to you. You can also find it at any time under your Returns in your account menu. Just present the code for scanning on your device when you drop off the parcel. The agent at the collection point will then print the return label on your behalf and stick it to the parcel.
How to return items with a return label?
Attach the return label on the outside of the box. Please stick the new label over the old one. Alternatively, you can remove the old one to avoid the wrong slip being scanned.
How do I find the return code or the return label I generated?
If you do not get the opportunity to print the return label or save the return code immediately after you have created the return, you can find it at any time under “Your returns” in your account menu.
How long is the return code valid?
Each return code is valid for 30 days. If you didn’t get a chance to drop off your parcel during this time, you can find a valid code under “Your returns” in your account menu. The return code visible in your account is always valid – it will refresh every 30 days.
Returning items from multiple orders?
Not a problem. Just place all return slips for the respective orders/items inside one parcel. You can use the pre-printed return label from any of your orders.
Need to return items delivered by a Partner?
If you received the partner items in a separate parcel from the Ryaneve items, please also return them separately. Just use the enclosed return label to send back your items – this will guarantee your return reaches the correct address.
If you’re missing a return label for your Partner item, you can register the return online, fill out a simple request form – and we’ll quickly take care of getting one to you. You can then drop off your parcel at your own convenience at the shipping provider mentioned on the return label.
New: Certain partners also now offer that you can download a new return label online. This will be indicated once you registered your return items online
Returning a beauty product?
For hygiene reasons, we can only refund products that are unused and still in their original packaging (including any wrapping, instructions, and accessories).
